Over "50" of Sharyn Bovat's
"thoughts" have been tweaked and put into place at NISSAN and Renault.  

After Sharyn Bovat learned that women were replaced with the unqualified buddies of a
"Good Ole Boy" network that led HR
Sharyn Bovat told Carlos Tavares of problems.

Including that the "line up" was not being refreshed on purpose.  

NISSAN was having an "internal battle of control" and the previous Chairman of the Americas Mr. Saikawa "cut a deal" and Mr. Tavares was to lead NISSAN during the economic crisis and the bad economy and lackluster sales was to be a "tool" for Saikawa to win the role of CEO when Ghosn retired. 

Yes!!! The goal for HR was Tavares to fail and in the "short term" for NISSAN to fail.  Just so a man could win the CEO position. 

Sharyn Bovat told Tavares because she believes in SUCCESS TODAY!!!!

Sharyn Bovat started her blog www.girlintheblackhonda.com for many reasons.   One was that she wanted job creation in Middle Tennessee and knew that
"stale" cars meant less jobs for those in Smyrna.

Ironically those that harassed Bovat by following her in their Titan trucks and circling her home were bullying the woman "fighting" to keep their factory open. 

Knowing the Leaf would get crushed in the EV wars due to the outdated and problem ridden battery Sharyn asked that the Rogue be built in Tennessee.   

She was happy that Mr. Tavares listened. & he made the Annoucement of the crossover to moving to Tennessee at a press conference catching the communications team "off gaurd" and some "official" annoucements showed Japan's "pre Bovat"
decision and that's Rogue manufacturing to be relocated to Mississippi.  

NISSAN's Carlos Tavares is proven to  listen to Women.  

That's something normally NOT found in modern day CEO's and "men" in general :) :)

Carlos Tavares is a good role model for "change"

Nissan to 'Significantly' Reduce Japan Exports

He cited the need to discuss the issue with Nissan's labor union and other corporate stakeholders before making any decisions public.

Nissan shifted output of its Micra model from a domestic plant in Kanagawa outside Tokyo to overseas factories last year, starting with production in Thailand from March. The car maker also has announced plans to move the production from 2013 of its Rogue small crossover sport-utility vehicle to a plant in Canton, Miss., from Kyushu, Japan, where it is currently made. …….”

The car maker also has disclosed plans to move the production of the Rogue small crossover sport-utility vehicle to a plant in Smyrna, Tenn., in 2013 from the factory where the SUV is currently manufactured in Kyushu, Japan.
